At Flyerz, we care deeply about privacy. We believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices, including how we treat your personal information. We know you care about your privacy too, so we provide settings that allow you to choose how Flyerz uses certain information. This policy explains our privacy practices for Flyerz Mobile App (which we’ll refer to as the "App") and our other services provided by Flyerz.
This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties (including other members to who we provide their offers) who may also collect or receive data in connection with your use of the services.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission, and after it is received, for example, encryption is used for certain information. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your account information is protected by a password. You must carefully protect against unauthorized access to your account and information by keeping your password and mobile security, such as by signing out after using the Services. Flyerz offers advanced security features and settings for members, such as two-factor authentication for signing in, and sign-in history and notifications; you can view more information in your account settings.

We may amend or update this policy from time to time. Suppose we believe that the changes are material. In that case, we’ll let you know by doing one (or more) of the following:

What information do we collect?
The
information you give us: We respect the right to privacy of all visitors to the Flyerz mobile App. We receive and store some
information that you enter on our App or that you provide to us through the App
in any other way.
The
information we collect or that you provide on or through our App or by using
our services includes:
- Data that may personally identify you, including your name, postal address, billing address, e-mail address, home, work, and mobile telephone numbers, age, date of birth, social security number, insurance policy number, physical characteristics that may personally identify you, IP address, bank account number, credit or debit card number (for payment purposes only), national origin, ancestry, veteran or military status, race, citizenship, & (collectively, "Personal Data").
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our App. It also includes information you provide when you register to use our App, or use services available through the App or facilities. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our App. Some forms collect sensitive information, necessary for us to provide our services to you.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research, development, and marketing purposes.
- Details of transactions you carry out through our mobile App and the fulfilment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our mobile App.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") in public areas of the App or transmitted to other users of the App or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your user contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the App with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorised persons.

recording technology (recording your movements, clicks, etc. On our App), and

The
technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include
Cookies (or browser cookies). We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our App through your computer or mobile device. A cookie is a small file or piece of data sent from the App and stored on the hard drive of your mobile device. On your mobile phone, you may refuse to accept browser Cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser, and you may have similar capabilities on your mobile device in the preferences for your operating system or browser. Pixels and Web Beacons: Pages on our App, or our emails, may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear GIFs, pixel tags, and single-pixel GIFs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related mobile App statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain mobile Apps content and verifying system and server integrity). We use this information to assist us in improving our user experience.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Do Not Track Signals: Some mobile applications' browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to Apps and online services, indicating a preference that they "do not track" your online activities. At this time, we do not honour such signals; although, we currently do not use automated data collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party mobile Apps or other online services for any purpose, including advertising.
Email
communications, newsletter, and related services
Our Apps provide you with the opportunity to receive communications from us or third parties. For example, you can sign up for a free Flyerz email newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. You may use the unsubscribe mechanism or link in our marketing emails if you wish to stop receiving marketing emails from us.
Email communications that you send to us via the email links on our mobile App may be shared with a customer service representative or employee that is most able to address your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received. Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry. Note, that email communications that you send us via the email links on our App are not automatically encrypted, and it is possible that unencrypted email communications with us may be accessed or viewed by another Internet user while in transit to us.
Surveys
We occasionally survey visitors to our mobile App. The information from these surveys is used in aggregated, de-identified form to help us understand the needs of our visitors so that we can improve our App. The information may be shared with third parties with whom we have a business relationship. We generally do not ask for information in surveys that would personally identify you; if we do request contact information for follow-up, you may decline to provide it. If survey respondents provide personal information (such as an email address) in a survey, it is shared only with those people who need to see it to respond to the question or request, or to third parties who perform data management services for our site. We may share the information we collect about you with third parties whom we have engaged to help us provide the App, as well as the products and services available through our App. In this regard, we may disclose your Personal Data to affiliates, contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. Our App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. No one under the age of 18 may provide any information to or through the App. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from users under 18.
